No. 19 Arkansas (1-1) | No. 13 Auburn (1-0)

The Matchup

No. 19 Arkansas will host No. 13 Auburn in a dual meet over the weekend. This will be the Razorbacks’ first home conference meet of the 2019-20 season, and the sixth time the Hogs have faced the Tigers.

A look at the Razorbacks –The Hogs fell to the Stanford leaving them 1-1 in the season. Even with the loss at Stanford, Anna Hopkin split the fastest time in the country in the 200-medley and took first in the 50 and 100 free.

A look at the Tigers – Auburn faced LSU in its season opener Oct 19. Auburn took 14 out of 16 events and earned a score of 185-108, winning its first SEC dual meet of the 2019-20 season

 Season Notes

Stanford Meet – Anna Hopkin was the highlight of the meet taking first in both the 50 (22.21) and 100 (49.08) freestyle, while achieving the fastest split time in the country in the 200 medley. The Razorbacks ended the dual meet with 11 podium finishes and look to continue improving. Click here to read all about it.

Hogs open season with a W – No. 19 Arkansas opened the season with a sweep against Little Rock 161-121 at the HPER Natatorium last Saturday. The Razorbacks won all 16 events and had 32 podium finishes, with amazing contribution from every member of the squad. Click here to read all about it.
