Arkansas-Tennessee Game to be Televised; Network and Game Time To Be Announced on Sunday

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Arkansas will host Tennessee in a televised game on Nov. 11 at Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium, but the network and the game time won’t be announced until Sunday, Nov. 5. Fans may check www.hogwired.com on Sunday to get the latest news on the television announcement.

The game between the Hogs and Volunteers is one of four games under consideration for Lincoln Financial Sports (11:30 a.m. CT), CBS (2:30 p.m. CT), ESPN2 (6 p.m. CT) and ESPN (6:45 p.m. CT). CBS has exercised a six-day option and will have the first selection. The other networks will then pick up the remaining games.

In addition to Arkansas-Tennessee, the other three games that will be televised that weekend will be Georgia at Auburn, South Carolina at Florida and Alabama at LSU.

In any event, Arkansas will play Tennessee in its eighth televised game of the season. The Razorbacks have appeared on CBS (Alabama and Auburn), ESPN (Southern California), ESPNU (ULM) and Lincoln-Financial Sports (Vanderbilt and Ole Miss). In addition, the Razorbacks’ game this weekend against South Carolina will be televised by ESPN at 6:45 p.m. CT.

Arkansas’ season finale against LSU on Nov. 24 is already set for a national broadcast on CBS Sports. The Arkansas-Mississippi State game is under consideration for television coverage and finalized plans will be announced at a later date.
