Brown Named SEC Co-Runner Of The Week

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Sophomore Janeek Brown was named the Southeastern Conference Co-Athlete of the Week following the Tyson Invitational this past weekend at Randal Tyson Indoor Track.

Janeek Brown posted the No. 2 time in program history and currently sits at No. 2 in the NCAA in the 60 hurdles, finishing in 7.95 at the sprint-heavy Tyson Invitational this past weekend. Brown also ran the No. 6 time in program history in the 200-meters running a 23.37 that won the meet and is currently ranked No. 20 in the NCAA.

No. 1 Arkansas will close out the regular season this Friday, Feb. 15 at home as they host the Arkansas Qualifier.
