Fans Encouraged to Use Shuttles This Weekend at Super Regional

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Due to the Walmart Shareholders Meeting at Bud Walton Arena on Friday and the capacity crowds expected, fans attending this weekend’s NCAA Fayetteville Super Regional against Missouri State (June 5-7) are strongly encouraged to take advantage of the FREE Razorback Transit Shuttle Service to get to Baum Stadium.

Public Parking will be extremely limited near the stadium for the NCAA Super Regional and will be filled on a first come, first serve basis in the Baum East and the Ayshire Electronics (Beechwood Avenue – northwest of Baum Stadium) lots.

Additional parking will be available in Lot 56 located on the corner of Martin Luther King Boulevard and Razorback Road. From Lot 56, fans can utilize the FREE fan shuttle service picking up in the Southeast corner of Lot 56 (near Razorback Soccer Field). Fans will be dropped off curbside at Baum Stadium.

Razorback Foundation members who have a designated 2015 baseball parking pass may use their pass(es) to park in the same lots they used during the regular season

The shuttle service will start two hours and 30 minutes prior to first pitch and will run throughout the game and post-game, picking up behind the home plate plaza.

Due to the limited space and anticipated capacity crowds, fans are encouraged to carpool and to arrive early.

Game times for the best-of-three game series are: Friday, June 5 at 3:30 p.m.; Saturday, June 6 at 1 p.m.; Sunday, June 7 at 2 p.m.

Tickets for the Super Regional are sold out. With a capacity crowd anticipated for the Hog Pen area and in an effort to accommodate as many fans as possible, please note cooler entry may be limited and/or stopped as we approach capacity in order to accommodate all ticketed fans.

Per the NCAA, no alcoholic beverages shall be delivered, sold or dispensed for public consumption anywhere in the competition venue, nor shall any such beverages be brought to the site during the championship (i.e., during the period from the time access is available to spectators until all patrons have left the stadium). Coolers and any bags entering the Hog Pen will be searched to ensure compliance with the NCAA’s policy. NCAA policy does allow for alcoholic beverages to be dispensed inside private suites, provided it is not delivered during the championship.
