Hogs Add National TV Game

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Another nationally televised game is on tap for the Arkansas baseball team in 2015, as CBS Sports Network is slated to broadcast the Razorbacks’ road contest against Creighton during the final week of the regular season.

The nonconference matchup on Tuesday, May 12 has been moved up an hour to accommodate CBS Sports Network and will begin at 6 p.m. CT at TD Ameritrade Park in Omaha, Nebraska.

The Razorbacks are now scheduled to play 12 national television games in 2015, including eight games on the SEC Network, two games on ESPNU, one on ESPN2 and one on CBS Sports Network.

Along with 12 nationally televised games, Arkansas fans will have Razorback baseball at their fingertips throughout the 2015 season as all home games and road SEC games will be available through SEC Network Plus and the WatchESPN App.

Arkansas returns six position starters and seven pitchers from a squad that posted 40 wins and made the program’s 13th consecutive trip to the NCAA Tournament during the 2014 season.

The Razorbacks are one of just seven teams in the country to advance to each of the last 13 NCAA Tournaments as they look to make it 14 straight during the 2015 season. Arkansas has appeared in seven College World Series, five Super Regionals and 27 NCAA Tournaments in program history.

The Razorbacks open the 2015 campaign on Feb. 13, playing host to North Dakota with a first pitch slated for 3:05 p.m. on SEC Network Plus and the WatchESPN App.
