No. 7 Arkansas Set For Pre-Nationals

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Ready to get back to actionNo. 7 Arkansas heads north to the site of the 2018 NCAA Championships at Zimmer Championship Course in Madison, Wis., once again, this time for the Wisconsin Pre-Nationals meet Saturday, Oct. 13.

The meet is scheduled to begin with the women’s “Cardinal” 6K race at 10:00 a.m. (CT) with the women’s “White” 6K race, which features the Badgers, to follow at 10:45 a.m. The men’s “Cardinal” 8K race will begin at 11:30 p.m., followed by the men’s “White” 8K race at 12:15 p.m. Rounding out the day will be the women’s “Gray” 6K race at 1:00 p.m. with the men’s “Gray” 8K race to occur at 1:45 p.m.

All races will be held on the beautiful Thomas Zimmer Championship Cross Country Course, which opened in 2009 and is located adjacent to University Ridge Golf Course in Madison.

Since they last ran, the Razorbacks have moved up two spots their current position as the No. 7 team in the latest USTFCCCA National Coaches’ Poll. Arkansas remained the top-ranked team in the South Central Region.
