FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Having won four of its last five SEC games, the University of Arkansas women’s basketball team returns home for a Thursday night matchup against conference leader and No. 2/2 South Carolina. The game, set for an 8 p.m. tip, will be a “Code Red” as all fans are encouraged to wear Razorback red. Additionally, the first 500 fans in attendance will receive a free Razorback red t-shirt and pom poms.

The game will also be a part of Thursday Fun Day as all children 12 and under receive free admission with a paying adult.

University of Arkansas students attending will have a chance to win Beats by Dre headphones or a FitBit. The winners will be announced during the second half of the game. Students receive free admission with their student ID.

Fans will want to stay in their seats at halftime as Arkansas women’s basketball legend Bettye Fiscus will be commemorated with a banner ceremony. Playing for the Razorbacks from 1981-85, Fiscus holds numerous records, including being the program’s all-time leading scorer, amassing 2,073 points in her career. Commemorative replica banner posters honoring Fiscus will also be made available to fans in attendance.
