Robinson Named SEC Runner of the Week

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Arkansas’ Katrina Robinson was named the Southeastern Conference Women’s Runner of the Week following her outstanding performance at the Nuttycombe Invitational in Madison, Wis. this past weekend.

Arkansas’ Katrina Robinson crossed the line in 19:55.3, a season-best time, at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational. Robinson finished as the top freshman in the field and was eighth overall. The Brisbane, Australia native was also the top finisher from an SEC institution, leading the Razorbacks to a top-five team finish. This is the second SEC accolade for Robinson, and second-straight adding to her Freshman of the Week honor from last week.

Robinson and the No. 7 Razorbacks head back to the site of the 2018 NCAA Championships as they visit Madison, Wis. for the second time this season to take part in the Wisconsin Pre-Nationals at the Zimmer Championship Course Sat, Oct. 13.
