Smith spent the first half of the season at Texas A&M.. during her time at Arkansas she clocked a personal-best in the 100-butterfly with a time of 55.55 at the SEC Championships… posted an NCAA B-Cut time in the 100-breaststroke at the SEC Championship with a time of 1:00.48…

Prior To Arkansas (Texas A&M)
Aided the 400 medley relay team to a top 15 finish with a time of 3:32.64 and clocked in at 1:00.67 in the 100-breaststroke at NCAA Championship…Finished first in the 100 breast B-final lowering her season-best time of 59.76 and aided the 200 medley relay team to a top-five finish (1:37.49) at the SEC Championship… Aided the 200 medley relay team to a second-place finish with a time of 1:40.57 at the Art Adamson Invite… Swam season-best times in the 50-freestyle (24.95), 100-breaststroke (1:00.86), and 200-breaststroke (2:18.26)

Reason For Choosing Arkansas:
” The team is very welcoming and fun to hang around. Also, this is my home state. I missed the state’s natural beauty, seeing and enjoying nature, the trees, and the wildlife.”
