Opened up his second season as a Razorback at the SEC Championships (Oct. 27) finishing 35th overall, completing the 8K course with a time of 24:57.10 … He earned All-Region honors finishing in the top-25 at the NCAA South-Central Regional (Nov. 10), helping Arkansas win the regional title … He finished out his cross country season at the NCAA Cross Country Championships (Nov. 18), finishing sixth for the Razorbacks.
Sophomore (2016)
Sidelined with an injury for most of the regular season Ronoh opened with a top-six performance at the SEC Championship (Oct. 28) as Arkansas’ fourth-best finisher over the 8K race with a season’s best 23:57.70 … Raced to a silver medal in his second race of the year with a season’s best 10K performance of 30:00.20 at the NCAA South Central Region Championship (Nov. 11) to help Arkansas claim its 36th regional team title … Closed the year, placing 67th at the NCAA championship to push the Razorbacks to a fifth-place team finish as the fourth-best runner on Arkansas’ squad in Terre Haute, Indiana.

Three-time NJCAA Outdoor track and field All-American (1,500, 5K and 10K) … Won the NJCAA 10K title in 2015 with a time of 30:30.05 … Top finisher for the Tritons at the 2015 NJCAA XC Championship, placing fourth to pace the team to a national title.
