Schultz Takes First at 2020 FINA Grand Prix

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. –Arkansas juniors Brooke Schultz and Maha Amer concluded competition at the 2020 FINA Grand Prix in Rostock, Germany, Saturday with Schultz earning a first-place finish.

Schultz competed in the 3-meter semifinals advancing with a score of 309.45. In the finals, the Fayetteville, Ark., native took the top spot on the podium with a score of 314.10, outscoring Germany’s Tina Punzel by 11 points.

Amer took 16th for Egypt with a score of 249.0 and was seven points away from competing in the semifinal round.
