The University of Arkansas has been selected to host five NCAA postseason championships, including its first NCAA Men’s and Women’s Golf Championships and its 13^th NCAA Men’s and Women’s Indoor Track and Field Championships, it was announced on Tuesday.

Arkansas will be host the 2019 NCAA Men’s and Women’s Golf Championships (May 17-22, 2019 Women’s, May 23-29, 2019) at The Blessings, marking the first time it will host the final round of an NCAA Championship, outside previous NCAA Championships hosted in cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field. The Randal Tyson Track Center will welcome back the NCAA Men’s and Women’s Track and Field Championships on March 12-13, 2021.

In addition, Arkansas will be home to a 2019 NCAA Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Regional (Nov. 15, 2019), a 2019 NCAAA Men’s and Women’s Outdoor Track and Field Preliminary (May 23-25, 2019) and a 2022 NCAA Gymnastics Regional (April 2, 2022).

With 45 national championships and hundreds of conference titles to its credit, the University of Arkansas has long been known for its athletic success and championship teams. A regular in the top-25 of the Learfield Sports Directors Cup, the Razorbacks routinely are competing for SEC and national championships in many of the 19 sport programs.

However, in the past 25 years, the University of Arkansas has also developed a championship reputation when it comes to playing host to the nation’s best student-athletes. Since entering the Southeastern Conference in 1992, the University of Arkansas has hosted 95 SEC, regional and national competitions.
