With the opening of the J.B. and Johnelle Hunt Family Baseball Development Center, the Razorback Baseball team will be moving to the first base dugout beginning with the 2022 season. In conjunction with the move, the seating reserved for Razorback baseball student-athlete families and coaches must also be relocated behind the first base dugout.

In preparing for this transition, staff members of the Razorback Athletics Department and the Razorback Foundation have spent considerable time and care evaluating the best way to implement a new priority seating plan at Baum-Walker Stadium that is fair and equitable for all 9,000+ Razorback Foundation members and baseball season ticket holders.

The plan will:

• Provide fair and equitable seating options throughout the stadium based on your Razorback Foundation membership level
• Provide season ticket holders an opportunity to retain their current seats or secure tickets in other areas of the stadium consistent with your Razorback Foundation membership level and
• Provide an opportunity for fans to select seats using Razorback Seats 3D

Current baseball season ticket holders have received specific information related to their account.

The success of Razorback Baseball has been made possible by the loyal support of our Razorback Foundation members and season ticket holders. As we continue to enhance our commitment to our student-athletes and to winning conference and national championships, we are asking Razorback fans to, once again, join us in that effort.

Ticket Limits

What is the maximum number of tickets that can be purchased at each Razorback Foundation membership level?
• Broyles-Mathews Platinum ($20,000+) = 8
• Broyles-Mathews Gold ($10,000-$19,999) = 6
• Broyles-Mathews Silver ($5,000-$9,999) = 6
• Super Hog ($3,000-$4,999) = 4
• Wild Hog ($2,000-$2,999) = 4
• Tush Hog ($1,000-1,999) = 4
• Big Hog ($500-$999) = 2
• Big Red ($100-$499) = 2
• Razorback ($50)– Hog Pen only, no limit
• Non-Donor – Hog Pen only, no limit

Timeline

What is the timeline for baseball seating?
• August 27 – Baseball Seating Plan announced and personalized options sent to all season ticket holders
• August 30-September 24 – Customer Service Center open. All season ticket holders will be called by a member of the customer service team to discuss personalized options, answer questions and/or assist in completing the selection form. Check your email form August 27 to view your appointment time and when you should expect a call.
• October 1 – Deadline for all season ticket holders and Foundation members to complete their 2022 baseball ticket location, quantity, and membership level form
• October & November – Periodic updates sent (priority points, seat selection times, etc.)
• Late November/early December 2021 – Online Razorback Seats 3D Seat Selection Process
• January 14, 2022 – Baseball ticket and increased Annual Fund donation payment (if applicable) due (payment plans available).

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it possible to keep my same seats?
Yes, as a current season ticket holder in Baum-Walker Stadium, you have the option to keep your current seat locations! If you meet or exceed the new Razorback Foundation membership class requirements for the section where your tickets are located, then you may retain your seats. If you are below the Razorback Foundation membership class where your seats are located, you have the option to move to the membership level required for that section (except for those seats that are being reserved for the families of Razorback student-athletes and coaches). Ticket limits apply (SEE TICKET LIMITS SECTION).

My seats are being displaced due to the dugout change and I do not have the option to retain them. How will my seats be allocated?
You will receive specific information regarding your choices for new seating options. We understand that your seats are being re-allocated to the families of Razorback Baseball student-athletes and coaches. Therefore, a member of our staff will be reaching out to discuss your options in greater detail. If you have questions in the meantime, please contact our Customer Service Center at 479-575-4595 or email RS3D@razorbackfoundation.com. Please know there may be delays when calling us directly. Your best option is to wait until a customer service representative calls you directly during your scheduled appointment time.

What do I need to do If I qualify for my current seats and quantity?
No action is required of you at this time. If you are interested in improving the location of your seats, or obtaining additional seats by increasing your membership level, please contact the Razorback Foundation.

I am unable to contribute at the level required to retain my seats. Where will my seats be relocated?
The Razorback Foundation and Razorback Ticket Center will temporarily assign seats in a section consistent with the Baum-Walker Stadium seating map and the Razorback Foundation’s priority seating program. Ticket limits apply for each membership level. You will then have the option to keep or improve your seating locations by participating in the Razorback Seats 3D program currently scheduled for late November/early December. All current season ticket holders and Razorback Foundation members will receive an appointment time and have the opportunity to participate in the Razorback Seats 3D program similar to the football and men’s basketball seat selection programs. All tickets are based upon availability.

I have seats in multiple sections at Baum-Walker Stadium that require different Razorback Foundation membership levels and I only want to keep my tickets in a section that requires a lower level membership. May I drop to the lower membership level and only keep my tickets in the section with a lower membership requirement?
Yes, you may keep the seats you desire by designating them on your personalized selection form. Consistent with the Razorback Foundation’s longstanding policy, however, members must maintain their membership level at the higher membership level to retain their current seat locations even though the seats are located in a section with a lower membership level requirement. Unless you have tickets in other sports, you have the option to drop all of your seats at Baum-Walker Stadium, lower your membership level with the Razorback Foundation, and then select new baseball seats consistent with your membership level during the Razorback Seats 3D process. Your selection time to pick new seats would correspond to your new membership level with the Razorback Foundation. If you have tickets for any other sport, you have to maintain your Razorback Foundation membership level.

Your selection time to pick new seats would correspond to your new membership level with the Razorback Foundation.

Can I reduce my Annual Fund donation if I have seats or select new seats in a section that requires a lower donation than my current level?
No. You must, at a minimum, maintain your current giving level or the same giving level used to establish rankings and seat selection times for as long as you wish to maintain your new or current seats.

Will I be able to improve my seat location?
All Razorback Foundation members and season ticket holders will be given the opportunity to review their seat location(s), select additional seats (ticket limits apply), or relocate seats during the online seat selection process (Razorback Seats 3D) beginning in late November. A 2021 Annual Fund increase may be required. All seats are based upon availability.

If I contribute at a certain membership level, am I guaranteed seats in sections consistent with my membership level when it’s my time to select seats?
Giving at a certain membership level does not guarantee tickets in desired sections. You will be able to select available seats in sections at or below your current membership level during the Razorback Seats 3D program.

How do I submit my decision?
You have several options on submitting your decision:
• Use the personalized link via the email you received on August 27 to submit your selection electronically at any time before October 1.
• A representative from our Customer Service Center will call you during your scheduled appointment time and can assist in completing your selections for you. You can also call the Customer Service Center at 479-575-4795. However, please be prepared for delays due to an anticipated high call volume. The best time to reach us will be during your scheduled appointment time.
• Call or email your Razorback Foundation or Razorback Ticket Center representative.

What is the deadline to decide on my current seat locations?
October 1. All season ticket holders will need to submit their decision to keep their current seats (if applicable) or increase their Annual Fund membership to qualify for their current seat location and/or select which seats they want to keep and/or release based on the updated ticket limits.

Will there be a ticket price increase?
Season ticket prices will not increase and will be locked in for the 2022-2024 seasons for all tickets in the main stadium seating area. There will be a season ticket price increase for all suites for the 2022 season.

How do I pay for my tickets?
The easiest way to pay for your tickets is to complete the checkout process through Razorbacks Seats 3D at your selection time in November or December. Even if you do not wish to make a change to your current seat location, you will have the opportunity to pay in full or set up a payment plan when checking out. Those who do not participate in the Razorback Seats 3D program will receive an invoice from the Razorback Ticket Center. The deadline to pay for your baseball season tickets, and any additional Annual Fund donation, is January 14, 2022. Failure to pay by January 14, 2022 will result in your tickets being removed from your account. Payment plans are available.

Will my parking change or stay the same?
All parking for the 2022 season will be assigned based upon Razorback Foundation membership level and priority points. The minimum contribution level required to qualify for baseball parking is $100. One parking pass will be allocated for every five (5) season tickets purchased, up to two (2) passes per account. Suite holders will receive five (5) Cardinal parking passes.

How do I request ADA seating?
ADA seating is located throughout the stadium and will be available for selection during the Razorback Seats 3D process. Minimum membership level and ticket limits apply.

Who can help me with my options?
A member of our Customer Service Team will call you directly during your scheduled appointment time (see your email from August 27). It is best to wait until this time as there will be delays when calling us directly. You may also email RS3D@razorbackfoundation.com

What do I do if I am currently over the priority ticket limit for my Razorback Foundation membership level?
You must inform the Razorback Ticket Center of the seats you wish to retain to keep your ticket quantity at or below the designated limits for your membership level. You can do this by completing the form that was sent to you via email on August 27 or by alerting the Customer Service Center during your scheduled appointment time. You may also increase your membership level to boost the number of tickets you are able to retain.

Do I need to renew my Razorback Foundation membership at the same amount each year to retain my baseball tickets?
Yes. You must continue to contribute at the same Annual Fund amount each year to retain your ticket locations in all venues, including Baum-Walker Stadium.

I purchase tickets from another season ticket holder. Am I able to transfer those tickets into my own account?
Yes, provided you meet or exceed the required donation level for the section(s) in which your tickets are located, and the current season ticket holder agrees in writing to transfer those tickets to you. Ticket limits apply. Please contact the Razorback Foundation for additional information and to submit your transfer request. All transfer requests will be evaluated after October 1.

Is it possible to transfer my suite and/or loge box to another person?
No. Suites and loge boxes are not eligible for transfer.

I have never participated in any Razorback Seats 3D seat selection process. How does it work?
More information will be shared in late October/early November outlining the Razorback Seats 3D process and how to login to view your seats. You will receive a seat selection time based on your Razorback Foundation priority ranking. The Razorback Seats 3D program is a virtual process that allows you to see the views from each seat location.

How is my priority rank calculated?
Your priority rank is determined through the Razorback Foundation priority point system. Ranks are determined by Annual Fund membership level first, then total priority points. See the full point system below. Ranks are subject to change on a daily basis.

• 1 point per $100 contributed (Annual Fund, Cardinal & White, Tusk Fund, etc.)
•  NEW! 1 point per $100  spent on current and past ticket purchases (seasons, single game, mini plans, bowl games, etc.)
• 5 points per year for each consecutive year of contributing to the Annual Fund
• 25 points for all former student-athletes (one-time award)

How will I be rewarded for my years of season ticket purchases?
This year the Razorback Foundation is implementing additional priority points to celebrate loyalty for all tickets purchased through the Razorback Ticket Center. One (1) priority point will be added per $100 spent on ticket purchases for all sports, including seasons tickets, single game tickets, mini plans, and bowl games, including past purchases and this process will continue in the future. In early November and prior to the Razorback Seats 3D process, all Razorback Foundation members will see their Priority Point totals increase consistent with this loyalty reward program based on previous ticket purchases.

How will priority points for tickets be awarded?
All tickets purchased through the Razorback Ticket Center from all current and previously ticketed sports (season, single game, mini plans, etc.) will be awarded one (1) point per $100 spent beginning in the following years:

• 1995 – Football and Men’s Basketball
• 2001 – Baseball
• 2007 – Women’s Basketball
• 2007 – Volleyball
• 2007 – Soccer
• 2008 – Gymnastics
• 2008 – Softball

Why does available ticket data only go back to 1995?
Due to several updates and changes in ticketing technology over the past several decades, the years listed above correspond to available records that are required to validate all previous ticket purchases.

Where can I find my priority ranking?
Simply log in to your Razorback Foundation online account. Ranks are subject to change daily. As a reminder, the additional Priority Points for ticket purchases will not be added to your total until November.

Is there still time to make a gift to enhance my rank?
Yes. All donations made, and tickets purchased (in any sport) on or before October 1 will be calculated in the point system and may help improve your rank and seat selection time for the Razorback Seats 3D program.

What is the best way to improve my rank and subsequently, my seat selection time?
• Increase your Annual Fund membership level
• Become a member of Cardinal & White with a gift of $25,000 or more. Cardinal & White payments can earn up to three (3) points per $100 paid (for those who elect to receive priority points; please consult your tax advisor).

Are tickets available to former student-athletes/A Club members?
Former student-athletes are encouraged to join the Razorback Foundation by making an Annual Fund donation and receiving a time to select available seats. A limited number of tickets will also be made available on a game-by-game basis to all current and lifetime A Club members.

I purchased season tickets through the A Club, what do I need to do to retain my seats?
To retain your seats, you must contribute at the required Annual Fund membership level for the section in which your seats are located.  If you decide to relinquish your season tickets, you may request tickets on a game-by-game basis through the A Club. Additional information on the request process will be sent later.

I am a current or retired Faculty/staff member, what do I need to do to retain my seats?
To retain your seats, you must contribute at the required Annual Fund membership level for the section in which your seats are located and pay the regular cost of season tickets. If you choose not to make the required donation to retain your seats, your seats will be re-assigned to designated faculty/staff seating sections in Baum-Walker Stadium. Seats allocated in these designated sections will pay the reduced faculty/staff season ticket rate and not require an Annual Fund donation. I am not a current Razorback Foundation member, but have made gifts and purchased tickets in the past, can I still take part in the seat selection process?
Yes. All past Razorback Foundation members are encouraged to re-join at a membership level they are comfortable with by October 1. Once you re-join, your points for ticket purchases and past donations will be re-activated and used to calculate your rank and seat selection time.

I am currently on the baseball season ticket waitlist, but am not a current Razorback Foundation member, what do I need to do to receive a seat selection time?
To receive a seat selection time, you must first join the Razorback Foundation on or before October 1. You may join in-person, by calling 479-443-9000 or online at RazorbackFoundation.com.

I am a current Razorback Foundation member, but have never purchased baseball season tickets before, will I receive a seat selection time?
Yes, all current Razorback Foundation members will receive a seat selection time. Selection times will be based upon 2021 Annual Fund membership level and priority points as of October 1.

Will any suites or loge boxes become available?
Please contact the Razorback Foundation at (479) 443-9000 or gohogs@razorbackfoundation.com to be added to the suite and/or loge waiting list. The minimum membership level to qualify for a suite or loge box is Broyles-Matthews Platinum.
