Track Dominance
Few things in collegiate athletics are as synonymous as the University of Arkansas and championship track and field. For decades, Fayetteville has been referred to as the “Track and Field Capital of the World.” With the extraordinary dominance displayed through the years by the Razorbacks, it would be hard for anyone to argue.
In 2018-19, another historic chapter was written in this epic story of excellence. Arkansas added two NCAA trophies to its unprecedented collection – making it a total of 45 national championships in cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field residing in Fayetteville. Add to that three more SEC team championships, two SEC runner-up team finishes and three individual national champions and you have all the makings of another banner season for Razorback Track and Field!
