Game Promotions Set For Arkansas Soccer’s Match vs. No. 10 S. Carolina

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — After a weekend away from Razorback Field on consecutive conference matchups, Arkansas soccer returns home to host a series of promotions for fans when the Razorbacks welcome South Carolina to town Friday night.

•  Senior Night: Razorbacks seniors Teni Butler, Ashleigh Ellenwood, Lindsey Mayo, and Blake Pruitt will be honored prior to kickoff before the team’s contest against the Gamecocks.

•  Kick for the Cure: In support of finding a cure for cancer, Razorback soccer is auctioning off pink warm-up shirts similar to what the players use during pregame exercises. Pink ribbons will also be handed out at the gate, and there will be an in-game recognition of breast cancer survivors in attendance.

•  Razorback Foundation Collegiate Membership and Student Athlete Advisory Committee Tailgate: Free food and Razorback soccer scarves will be made available to the first 100 Collegiate Members in attendance.

Arkansas is hosting No. 10 South Carolina, which is 4-0 in the SEC this week, and Ole Miss on Oct. 9, before playing three of its next five games on the road enroute to the SEC Tournament.

Fan support of soccer at Razorback Field has been strong this season, following the overall trend of rising attendance the past two seasons.

In six home games, Arkansas averages 1,281 fans calling the Hogs per contest, ranking it in the top five in the SEC.

Tickets can be purchased at the Razorback Field box office, which opens one hour before kickoff on game days. Adult tickets are $5. Youth and UA students receive complimentary admission.
