The University of Arkansas is a smoke-free campus. Smoking is prohibited in and outside of Razorback Stadium.

The concert will take place, rain or shine. Please note, NO UMBRELLAS are permitted inside Razorback Stadium.

Inclement Weather
In the event of inclement weather, (i.e. dangerous winds, tornado, electrical storm, etc.) all guests will be advised that it is in their best interest to seek shelter. Emergency instructions will be delivered via the public address system and the message boards when possible.

Southeastern Conference Lightning Policy
When lightning is detected within a minimum of 12 miles of the competition site, home team game management shall utilize the public address system to inform those in attendance that inclement weather, including lightning is within 12 (or more) miles and that should patrons vacate the facility for safe shelter, they will be allowed to re-enter with a ticket stub.

When lightning is detected within eight (8) miles of the venue, the event shall be suspended. The event may be resumed after 30 minutes of no detected lightning strikes within a eight mile radius.

What Is The Mask Policy?
Facemasks are recommended in indoor areas and on all shuttles. Proof of vaccination cards are not required for entry.

Will alcohol be served at the stadium for the concert?
Yes, along with a variety of food concessions options. All sales are cashless. Alcohol sales will conclude 30 minutes prior to the scheduled end of show.

Can I use Cash In the Stadium?
No. All sales are cashless.

How do I get to my seats (upper deck elevators)?
To access upper deck seating there are stairwells and elevators located at each corner of the stadium. Concert ushers can direct you to the nearest one. Entry gates 3, 4, & 9 are ramps to the west upper deck. The ramp to the east upper deck can be accessed inside gate 14.

What if it rains?
The concert will go on rain or shine. No umbrellas are permitted inside Razorback Stadium. Rain jackets, rain suites, etc., are permitted.

What time will the stadium open for concert?
Gates open at 5 p.m.

Will Metal Detectors be used?
Yes. All fans will be screened via metal detectors at each gate.

Is there a Clear Bag Policy for the concert?
Yes.  See below for more information on the Clear Bag Policy.

What time will ticket will call open?
9 a.m. at Gate 1.

Will the Hog Heaven Team Store be open?
Yes, in Bud Walton Arena. The store in the North Endzone will be closed. All sales are cashless.

Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” or one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar). Individuals may also carry a small clutch purses, no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”, with or without a handle or strap. All clear bags and clutch purses will be screened via metal detectors prior to entry into the venue. All bags and purses not meeting the above requirements will not be permitted. Although permitted, childcare items, including diapers, must also be carried in an approved clear bag. Individuals carrying required medical supplies or devices into the venue are not subject to the clear bag policy, but will need to go through the bag check line at their entry gate for a thorough screening of the bag and the medical items. The person requiring these supplies or devices must accompany the bag at all times. Medical exception bags will be tagged once cleared through security.

Concert goers are encouraged to review traffic flow patterns and parking lot access PRIOR to arriving on campus. Please make note of the best routes to your assigned parking area. Traffic patterns will be controlled beginning at 3 p.m.

The University of Arkansas campus is accessed from Interstate 49 at three major exits: 60 (Razorback Road), 62 (MLK Blvd.) and 64 (Wedington Road).

Fans are reminded that if you are parking north of the stadium, the major exits are: Exit 67A (Garland Avenue) and Exit 64 (Wedington Drive). If parking south of the stadium, the major exits are: Exit 60 (Cato Springs/Razorback Rd), and Exit 62 (MLK Boulevard). Patrons are strongly encouraged to take the recommended exits depending on your parking location. As a reminder, traffic control begins four hours prior (3 p.m.) to the concert beginning.

Garth Brooks Concert Parking is being sold in advance of the event. All concert attendees must present a Garth Brooks Concert Parking Hangtag when entering their assigned parking area. No athletics event parking may be used to access any parking lots for the concert. No concert parking will be available for sale on the day of the event.

ADA Parking:  Persons seeking ADA parking must have purchased a concert parking pass and have their state issued hang tag to park in Lot 56 or Baum East.

Improperly parked vehicles or those found in a restricted area will be towed at the owner’s expense. Towed vehicles may be claimed by contacting NWA Towing.

Shuttle Information
Before the Concert:
* Four (4) hours before the concert – The Sliver Route Public shuttles run from the Arkansas Union, Walton Arts Center on Dickson, Road Hog Park and the East Lot at Baum Stadium to drop off points just south of Gate 1 at Gate 10.
* Four (4) hours before the concert – The Gold Route Public shuttles run from Lot 56 to Gates 1, 10 and 16.

After the Concert:
* Silver Route Shuttles runs from Gate 1 to the Arkansas Union, Dickson Street, Road Hog Park and Baum Stadium.
* Gold Route Shuttles run ONLY from Gate 16 to Lot 56. Anyone needing assistance reaching Gate 16 from inside the stadium, should contact Guest Services (Gates 1, 16 and Level 1 of the North End Zone).

Rideshare Information
The drop off and pick up location for anyone using a ride share service is at Arkansas Union Mall. It can be accessed from Dickson Street. See map below for more information.

The concession stands located throughout the Donald W. Reynolds Stadium, offer a great menu for fans. See stadium map for locations. No outside food or beverages are permitted. Hospitality and dining partner Levy will offer a wide variety of signature and locally inspired menu options, as well as quality fan favorite concession fare. All sales are cashless.

Beer will be sold throughout Razorback Stadium at concession stands and kiosks. All fans will be required to produce a valid photo ID each time alcohol is purchased regardless of age. All alcohol sales will conclude 30 minutes prior to the scheduled end of the concert.
