Baseball To Host Two Scrimmages This Weekend
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Fans will have an opportunity to catch an early glimpse of the 2016 Razorback Baseball team this weekend as the team holds two intra-squad scrimmages at Baum Stadium.
Friday’s scrimmage will last nine innings and begin at 2:15 p.m. A seven-inning scrimmage will be held on Saturday at noon.
The OmaHogs, fresh off a run to the 2015 College World Series, return several key contributors including pitchers Zach Jackson, an All-SEC first team selection, and Keaton McKinney, an SEC All-Freshman team honoree.
The baseball team will hold a Fall World Series in October and open their 2016 campaign in February.
