FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Razorback fans are invited to Bud Walton Arena on Thursday, Dec. 29 for the state’s largest Belk Bowl watch party prior to Arkansas’ men’s basketball SEC opener against the Florida Gators.

For only $15, fans can enjoy a doubleheader of bowl and basketball on the biggest indoor television in Northwest Arkansas. Tickets are available for purchase online by clicking here or at the Razorback Ticket Center by calling at 1-800-982-HOGS (4647).

Beginning at 4 p.m., fans with a ticket to the Arkansas-Florida men’s basketball game, presented by Jenni-O, may enter Bud Walton Arena to watch Arkansas take on Virginia Tech in the Belk Bowl on the massive videoboard. The two large displays in the center hung measure approximately 16.5 feet high by 29 feet wide and the other two displays each measure approximately 16.5 feet high by 23 feet wide.

Fans are asked to sit in their assigned basketball seats to view the football game. Free popcorn and special half-priced concession stand items will be available from 4 p.m. until the tip of the basketball game.

“We invite all Razorback fans to join us for the Belk Bowl and some SEC basketball at Bud Walton Arena,” Vice Chancellor and Director of Athletics Jeff Long said. “With our men’s basketball team playing at home in the SEC opener, we wanted to make it convenient for fans to support both our football and men’s basketball teams. We are grateful to our local cable providers and the SEC Network for making this event possible for all Razorback fans.”

The Belk Bowl kicks off at approximately 4:30 p.m. and will be shown full screen. If the bowl game is still in progress at the tip of the basketball game at 8 p.m., the bowl game will be shown split screen on the video board with no audio.

Students with access passes may purchase up to four $10 guest passes for family and friends. Guest passes can be purchased online beginning Friday, December 16 for guests ages 16 and older.

Parking for the public without a men’s basketball priority parking pass is available in the following lots: 44 (corner of Maple and Razorback), 72 and 73 (west of Razorback Road and across from Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium) and the Stadium Drive Parking Deck (off Stadium Road and East of Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium).

Florida is making its first trip to Bud Walton Arena since the 2013-14 season and the Dec. 29 tip-off against the Gators marks the first time since Arkansas joined the SEC that it will open league play in the month of December.
