General Information
Accessibility (ADA) Seating
All requests for season tickets in the accessible seating areas will be filled first (based on availability). If no seats remain after filling season orders, then no single-game accessible seating will be sold. Please call the Razorback Ticket Center at 479/575-5151 with any specific accessibility need in advance of your event to enable us to serve you better.
Away Game Tickets
The Razorback Ticket Center does not receive an allotment of tickets for regular season away games. Please contact the host school for ticket availability.
Group Ticket Information
Discounts for select games are available for groups of 10 or more. Group ticket information is available by contacting the Razorback Ticket Center at 479/575-5151. Group rates are not available on game day, tickets must be purchased in advance.
Student Ticket Information

Suite Information
Individuals interested in suite information should contact the Razorback Foundation at 479/443-9000.
Men’s Basketball Will Call
Public Will Call
Tickets that have been ordered through the Razorback Ticket Center may be picked up at the south entrance of Bud Walton Arena. Will call opens 2 hours prior to game time. In order to obtain tickets held in Will Call, a photo ID that matches the name on the ticket order is required and must be presented at time of pick up. Refunds will not be issued for any tickets that are not picked up at Will Call.
Arkansas Player Guests
Individuals who have been named by an Arkansas men’s basketball player to receive a ticket will pick up their ticket beginning 1 1/2 hours prior to game time at the south entrance of Bud Walton Arena. All recipients will be required to show a valid photo ID.
Arkansas Recruits and High School Coaches
Individuals being recruited by Arkansas or high school coaches will pick up their ticket beginning 1 1/2 hours prior to game time at the south entrance of Bud Walton Arena All recipients will be required to show a valid photo ID.
Visiting Team Tickets
Tickets that have been ordered through or issued by the visiting team should be picked beginning 1 1/2 hours prior to game time at the south entrance of Bud Walton Arena. All recipients will be required to show a valid photo ID.
Press Will Call
Press will call is at the southeast entrance of Bud Walton Arena. Press will call opens 1 1/2 hours prior to game time. A photo ID will be required when picking up press credentials.
The Loft
The Loft is located in Sections 207-211, Rows 4 & above. The Loft sections offer discounted prices on season and single-game ticket purchases.
Bud Walton Arena Information
Gates
All gates to Bud Walton Arena open 1 1/2 hours before game time.
Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited inside Bud Walton Arena: Alcoholic beverages, animals (except service animals), baby seats, baby strollers, backpacks or any large bags*, banners, signs, beach balls, camera equipment bags, cameras with lenses exceeding 6″ in length, coolers or containers, explosives, folding chairs or stools, food and beverages, ice chests, laser pointers, noisemakers of any type (i.e. bells, horns, whistles, etc.), personal heaters, stadium seats with armrests and/or over 16 inches wide, umbrellas, video cameras. *Except for bags required for child care or medical conditions. All bags, back packs, fanny packs, camera and binocular cases or other similar items and purses larger than 14″ long (side-to-side) x 10″ wide (front to back) x 10″ deep (top to bottom) are prohibited. All purses allowed into the arena will be searched.
Re-Entry
There will be no re-entry passes issued. If you leave the arena, you must present a full ticket to re-enter.
Smoking
Bud Walton Arena is a non-smoking facility.

Season and Single-Game Parking
Season and Single-Game Parking
Season parking passes are issued to Razorback Foundation members who are men’s basketball season ticket holders as part of their Razorback Foundation membership benefits. These passes are issued in designated lots according to donation level. For more information on available parking, and to join, visit www.razorbackfoundation.com or call (479) 443-9000.
Public parking is available in Lots 72, 73, 73A, 44 and the Stadium Drive Parking Deck. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis beginning two hours prior to each home game.
