10 Things To Know – Tulsa
Arkansas closes out the non-conference portion of its 2026 schedule against Tulsa, riding a 19-game win streak against the Golden Hurricane dating back to 1977. Kickoff in the first night game of the year inside Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium is scheduled for 7 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, on SEC Network+.
1 – The Razorbacks hold a 55-15-3 all-time series lead over Tulsa and have won 19 straight against the Golden Hurricane dating back to 1977. Arkansas also owns a 42-5 record against Tulsa in Fayetteville.
2 – Arkansas ranks 14th nationally in passing plays of 10+ yards this season with 37, which is the third-most among SEC programs, trailing Mississippi State (40) and Ole Miss (38).
3 – Arkansas Head Coach Ryan Silverfield is 45-10 when scoring 30+ points as an FBS head coach. The Razorbacks are 1-0 when accomplishing the feat this season.
4 – WR Chris Marshall, a transfer from Boise State, has led Arkansas in receiving in every game this season and is coming off a seven-catch, 136-yard performance in last week’s loss to No. 2 Georgia. Marshall ranks third among SEC receivers in both receiving yards (278) and receptions (19).
5 – Arkansas has had double-digit players catch at least one pass in each of the first three games of the season. Twelve Razorbacks recorded at least one reception against North Alabama on Sept. 5 and No. 2 Georgia on Sept. 19, the most since 12 Hogs caught a pass against Western Carolina in 2023.
6 – Arkansas owns a record of 82-23-5 all-time in regular-season non-conference finales dating back to joining the Southwest Conference in 1915. Additionally, the Hogs own a record of 21-11-2 in non-conference finale matchups against Tulsa.
7 – LB Ben Bogle is tied for second on the team in total tackles with 15 this season. The Ponte Vedra, Fla., native is coming off a nine-tackle outing in a loss to No. 2 Georgia on Sept. 19. His nine tackles were an FBS career-high and the most since he registered nine against Indiana State on Oct. 26, 2024, while at Southern Illinois.
8 – The Arkansas defense recorded 6.0 tackles for loss, including 3.0 sacks during last week’s contest with No. 2 Georgia. The previous high of 2.0 by a Georgia opponent this season was accomplished by Western Kentucky on Sept. 12. Entering today’s game, Georgia had limited opposing defenses to 3.0 tackles for loss with zero sacks through its first two games.
9 – DL Quincy Rhodes Jr., entered 2026 as one of the nation’s top pass rushers after leading Arkansas in tackles for loss (15.5) and sacks (8.0) last season. Rhodes has tallied tackles for loss in consecutive games and registered his 10th career sack against No. 2 Georgia last week.
10 – Ryan Silverfield, Arkansas’ first-year head coach, went 2-1 against American Conference foe Tulsa as the head coach at Memphis from 2020-25. In his last meeting against the Golden Hurricanes, Silverfield’s Memphis squad pummeled Tulsa 45-7 on Oct. 4, 2025.
