An Arkansas school record in the 10,000m by Ernest Cheruiyot at the Bryan Clay Invitational kicked off the weekend for the Razorbacks while Jelani Watkins led a Razorback 1-2-3 sweep in the 200m at the Mt. SAC Relays.

The final day of the 66th Mt. SAC Relays delivered stellar performances for the Razorbacks as Saira Prince won the 400m hurdles while runner-up finishes for Sanaria Butler and Sanu Jallow-Lockhart include noteworthy times.

In a thrilling contest that featured 5.1 impressive innings in the circle from sophomore Payton Burnham and a go-ahead two-run home run from Tianna Bell, the No. 6/8 Arkansas Razorbacks defeated No. 1 Oklahoma, 3-2, on Saturday night at Love’s Field to even the series and set up a winner-take-all series finale on Sunday.

Arkansas produced big marks throughout Invitational events held on the final day of the 66th Mt. SAC Relays at Hilmer Lodge Stadium. Jelani Watkins won the 100m in a wind-aided 9.82 seconds and anchored the Razorback 4 x 100m relay to a collegiate leading time of 38.62.
