Former Razorback Pulcini Wins Latin America Amateur Championship

Former Razorback Mateo Pulcini needed two extra holes but rolled in par putts on both to win the 2026 Latin America Amateur Championship, played at Lima Golf Club in Lima, Peru. Current Razorback Erich Fortlage was atop the leaderboard during the final round and former Hog Segundo Oliva Pinto entered the final round as the leader.

The Arkansas men’s tennis team (4-0) swept its doubleheader against FGCU (1-5) and Oral Roberts (1-2), defeating the Eagles 4-0 before a 4-0 victory over the Golden Eagles Saturday at Billingsley Tennis Center.

Georgia raced out to an 11-0 lead and was in firm control for the first 23-plus minutes. Down 19 with 16:31 left, Arkansas turned the tables to tie the game at 68 and then again at 70 with 6:23 left in the game. The #20 Bulldogs, however, regained the advantage to pull away for a 90-76 victory over the #17 Razorbacks at Stegeman Coliseum.
