Big Red's Rooftop to Open Sept. 4 with Screening of "Greater"

Join us for a special screening of Greater, the inspiring story of Brandon Burlsworth and the Razorback legacy that continues to inspire.

Big Red’s Rooftop will open Friday, Sept. 4, from 6-9 p.m. on the North End Zone Deck of Razorback Stadium and feature a special screening of Greater.

Based on the remarkable true story of Brandon Burlsworth, Greater follows the journey of the Arkansas walk-on who overcame tremendous obstacles and became one of the most beloved figures in Razorback history. From arriving on campus as a little-known walk-on to earning a scholarship, becoming an All-American offensive lineman and ultimately being selected in the NFL Draft, Burlsworth’s story is one of perseverance, faith, character and an unwavering commitment to becoming the best version of himself.

Released in 2016, Greater brought Burlsworth’s inspiring story to the big screen and introduced his journey to audiences across the country. The film highlights the people, challenges and defining moments that shaped Burlsworth’s life and legacy, while capturing the spirit of the University of Arkansas and the Razorback community.

The special screening will give fans an opportunity to experience the 10th anniversary of the film’s release and the enduring legacy of one of the most inspirational Razorbacks of all time.

Big Red’s Rooftop provides fans with a unique opportunity to gather inside Razorback Stadium, enjoy the atmosphere and kick off the weekend with fellow Razorback fans.

Following the movie, fans will also be able to enjoy the official Red Glow of Razorback Stadium. The tradition of Red Glow Friday originated in 2014, when Razorback Athletics began lighting Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium in red on Friday nights before home football games. Red Glow takes place each home game Friday night and all fans are encouraged to stop by the stadium to enjoy the view.

Admission to the largest outdoor sports bar in college football is $10. Snacks and light concessions will be available for purchase along with beer, wine and ready-to-drink cocktails.
