#1 Razorbacks Wrap Fall Season at Fallen Oak Collegiate
FAYETTEVILLE – Top-ranked Arkansas will close the fall portion of the 2026-27 schedule this weekend (Oct. 17-19) at the Fallen Oak Collegiate Invitational, played in Saucier, Miss., at Fallen Oak Golf Club.
In addition to #1 Arkansas, the 15-team field includes #4 Alabama, #9 Tennessee, #12 Illinois, #14 Georgia, #30 Wake Forest, #34 Mississippi State, #36 LSU, #37 Ole Miss and #46 South Carolina, as well as Wisconsin, Southern Miss, Iowa, Ohio State and Florida State.
A total of 12 teams return from last year. Arkansas finished fourth at last year’s Fallen Oak with a score of -18, trailing co-champions Alabama (-32) and LSU (-32) and Illinois (-29).
Three current Razorbacks played in last year’s Fallen Oak. Erich Fortlage, who is ranked #8 in the nation, tied for 18th last season at -3, Niilo Maki-Petaja tied for 23rd at -2 and Gerardo Gomez tied for 40th at +1.
Senior Thomas Curry, who has finished among the top 10 in all three Razorback events this season, will join freshman Lev Grinberg to round out the starting lineup. Freshman Guus Lafeber will play as an individual.
