Arkansas Women’s Tennis Defeats UMKC to Close Out Regular Season

The No. 51 Razorbacks improve to 13-13 (3-12) on the defeating UMKC (3-15) to close out the regular season.

During doubles, Carolina Gomez Alonso and Jimena Gomez Alonso took down Maria Bylina and Catherine Chrobak, 6-1. Anet Koskel and Brooke Schafer took down Amal Gati and Alessandra Xibilia, 6-2.

During singles, No. 34 Carolina Gomez Alonso defeated Amal Gati, 6-1, 6-0. Brooke Schafer took down Alessandra Xibilia, 6-2, 6-1. Alexandra Panagiotidou defeated Luciana Braga, 6-1, 6-1. Arina Babenko took down Alisa Reznik, 6-3, 6-0.

The Hogs will be back in action against South Carolina on Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. in Norman, Okla. at the SEC Tournament.
