No. 2 Women's Golf Finishes Third at Betsy Rawls Invitational
AUSTIN, Texas – No. 2 Arkansas women’s golf finished in third place (+41, 905) at the Betsy Rawls Invitational hosted by the University of Texas.
The Longhorns (+16) swept the team and individual titles, with Lauren Kim (+1) winning the medal on her home course.
Kendall Todd (+9, T9), the Hogs’ highest-finishing individual, entered the day tied for third but fell to ninth place after shooting an 8-over par 80. The top-10 finish is the senior’s sixth of the season.
Arkansas’ best round of the day came from Maria José Marin (+10, T11), a 2-over par 74, and she jumped up five spots to tie for 11th place. The sophomore started with a double bogey on the par-4 sixth hole, but erased it with back-to-back birdies. José Marin picked up her seventh top 15 finish in eight tournaments this season.
Sophomore Abbey Schutte (+12, 15) was the only Razorback without a double bogey in Tuesday’s final round. The Goodyear, Arizona native rallied to finish 1-over in her last six holes and added her second top 15 finish in 2025.
Freshman Clarisa Temelo (+14, T18) and junior Reagan Zibilski (+15, T20) rounded out Arkansas’ contingent in the top 20. Temelo started her round with an eagle, the first of her collegiate career, on the par 5 fifth hole. Despite the eagle, Temelo finished 6-over in her final 13 holes.
Zibilski’s third-round score of 80 was dropped.
Arkansas will return to the course next week at the Clemson Invitational in Sunset, South Carolina.
