Burdet, Rogers Named to CSC Academic All-District Team

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Juniors Foster Rogers and Adrien Burdet were named to the 2023 Academic All-District Men’s Tennis Team as selected by the College Sports Communicators on Tuesday. This honor recognizes the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom.

The Bern, Switzerland native, Burdet has maintained a 3.952 GPA in finance with an emphasis on banking. Burdet has played many roles in the Arkansas lineup, posting a 10-14 singles record through the dual season and a 16-11 record in doubles. In the fall, Burdet and his partner advanced to the ITA Central Regional doubles championship match and earned their spot in the ITA Fall National Championships.

Rogers, a native of Little Rock, Ark., holds a 3.923 GPA as he pursues his Bachelor’s degree in Finance with an emphasis in financial management and investment. Though the season, Rogers has gone 7-3 overall in singles and 5-9 in doubles.

Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced June 1.
