Gomez and Fortlage Voted All-SEC
FAYETTEVILLE – Razorback sophomores Gerardo Gomez and Erich Fortlage were voted second team All-SEC by the league’s coaches.
They are the 27th and 28th Razorbacks to earn a total of 45 All-SEC honors. The duo is the 13th and 14th players to earn All-SEC in the 20-year Brad McMakin era, which has produced a total of 23 honors.
Gomez and Fortlage share the team lead in scoring average at 70.67, which is currently tied for fourth on the school’s single-season list. Ironically, the two had the same scoring average last year as well, at 72.63.
