Marin, Zibilski Earn WGCA All-America Honors
FAYETTEVILLE – Arkansas women’s golfers Maria Jose Marin and Reagan Zibilski were named to the Women’s Golf Coaches Association’s All-America teams, the organization announced Tuesday.
Marin was placed on the first team for the third straight season and Zibilski earned honorable mention honors for the second straight year.
Marin finished inside the top 10 in 11 of 12 tournaments this season, including two runner-up outings and a win at the Clemson Invitational in March. She closed out her junior campaign with a T5 finish and a pair of match play wins at the NCAA Championship.
The Cali, Colombia native is ranked No. 2 in the Scoreboard by Clippd national player rankings and spent much of her junior season in the top spot. She led the country in individual head-to-head wins at 958 and led the Razorbacks with a 70.02 stroke average this season. She recently became the program’s record holder in career rounds at or below par with 72.
Earlier this year, Marin won the 2026 Augusta National Women’s Amateur with a record-low score of 14-under par among 75 of the world’s top female amateur golfers. The victory secured exemptions for Marin to this week’s U.S. Women’s Open, the 2026 Evian Championship and the 2026 Women’s Open. Marin was the first Razorback, first SEC golfer and first South American to win ANWA.
Marin’s other honors this season include a First Team All-SEC placement, a finalist for the ANNIKA Award and a selection to represent Team International in this summer’s Arnold Palmer Cup.
Zibilski totaled seven top 10 finishes in her senior season, including a T8 finish at the NCAA Championship last week to help the Hogs to their first semifinal appearance in program history.
The Springfield, Mo. native came in at No. 31 nationally and No. 11 in the SEC in the final Scoreboard by Clippd rankings and ranked second on the Arkansas squad with a 71.8 stroke average. She played in all 37 rounds of No. 6 Arkansas’ season and finished with an 822-170-36 W-L-T record.
In April, she made the cut in her first Augusta National Women’s Amateur appearance and finished in 10th place at 6-under.
Last month, Zibilski was named Second Team All-SEC and was Arkansas’ female nominee for the SEC Brad Davis Community Service Award.
Zibilski will play professionally on the Epson Tour beginning later this month after earning status via the LPGA Collegiate Advancement Pathway (LCAP) program.
Marin and Zibilski are the program’s 24th and 25th WGCA All-America selections.
