LAST TIME OUT

  • It was her fourth game this season going for 30+ points, and the fifth time in her career going for 37 or more.
  • Her performance also broke a tie with former Men’s Basketball Star Mason Jones for the most 37+ point performances by a player, man or woman, ever put on in Bud Walton Arena.
  • Dungee was only three points shy of her career high (41, Auburn, 2/7/19).
  • Dungee has now hit 10+ free throws in six games this season.

  • Ramirez continued her hot scoring streak, as she has scored 15+ in five of her last six games.

  • Erynn Barnum recorded a game-high +17 in her big game off the bench, going for seven points, four boards and two steals.

STORYLINES

  • No. 18 Arkansas beat Ole Miss Friday night, coming off an eight-day period in between games.
  • The Hogs are trending up at the right time, as they have won five of their last six games.
  • Arkansas remained idle in the AP Poll this week, staying put at 18, while moving down to 18 in the Coaches Poll.
  • In a year where games played is at a premium, Arkansas leads the NCAA, playing in 23 games so far this season.
  • Of those 23 games, nine of them have been played against teams currently in the AP Top 25.
  • They have also played five of the teams in the top-10, going 2-4 in those six games.
  • Arkansas has a chance to do more damage down the stretch, as none of the final four teams on the schedule are ranked in the AP Top 25.
  • That said, the remaining games for the Hogs will be no cake walk, especially this week.
  • The Hogs win over the Rebels was big, as Ole Miss had just beaten two quality opponents in Alabama and No. 17 Kentucky last week. Ole Miss came into the game 33 in the NET.
  • LSU, meanwhile, is currently 6-6 in the SEC with quality wins over Texas A&M and Georgia.
