#ProHogs Update: July 1

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Former Arkansas Softball standouts have continued to make their presence known throughout the AUSL a month into the 2026 season.

Bri Ellis, 1B, Utah Talons

Ellis is off to a strong start during her second season in the AUSL. The 2025 USA Softball Collegiate Player of the Year is batting .455 with 10 hits, two doubles, a triple, two home runs, eight RBI, five walks, and three runs scored. She ranks among the league leaders in batting average (3rd, .455), on-base percentage (4th, .556), and slugging percentage (3rd, .909) among players with 20 or more at-bats this season. Ellis returned to action last night after being sidelined 10 days due to injury, by going 2-3 with a double and a walk in a 5-2 win over the Texas Volts. 

Dakota Kennedy, OF, Carolina Blaze
Kennedy has been one of the best rookies in the AUSL this season. The Sacramento, Calif., product is batting .344 with 11 hits, one double, two home runs, seven RBI, a walk, and six runs scored in addition to posting a .432 on-base percentage and a .996 OPS. Her .344 average ranks ninth among all AUSL players (Min. 20 AB). She has recorded three multi-hit games. During a two-game sweep of the Texas Volts (June 14-15), Kennedy went 5-7 with four RBI, which included a two-run home run off of Nijaree Canady, the first of her professional career.

Kailey Wyckoff, UTL, Utah Talons
Wyckoff has been one of the biggest contributors selected from the reserve pool in the entire league. The Katy, Texas product started her season playing with the Florida Breeze of the PSL before being selected out of the reserve pool by the Utah Talons on June 14. Since then, Wyckoff has started all 11 games for the Talons while batting .313 with 10 hits, three doubles, eight RBI, and four walks. She has registered two multi-hit games, highlighted by a 2-4 performance that featured three RBI and a double during an 8-0 win over the Texas Volts on June 20. Wyckoff has collected a hit in eight of her 11 games played while reaching base in all but one game.

Tianna Bell, UTL, Chicago Bandits (Reserve Pool)
Bell made an immediate impact when she was selected out of the AUSL Reserve Pool on June 16. The Antioch, Calif., product batted .444 with four hits, two home runs, and five RBI over her first three games before being moved back to the reserve pool on June 23.
