#ProHogs Update: Week 1

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Five Arkansas Softball alums saw action during week one of the 2026 AUSL and PSL season.

AUSL #PROHOGS WEEK ONE

Bri Ellis, 1B, Utah Talons

Ellis kicked off her 2026 AUSL season by going 2-3 with a double, a home run, three RBI, and a run scored during the Talons’ season-opening win over the Chicago Bandits before following up with a 2-2 showing that included an RBI triple in her second game of the season. The 2025 USA Softball Collegiate Player of the Year is batting .500 and has already collected two home runs, a double, and a triple through her first four games this season.

Dakota Kennedy, OF, Carolina Blaze

Kennedy has quickly made her presence known since joining the AUSL. The rookie has had an impressive start at the plate, batting .583 with seven hits, including a double, a home run, a walk, and six RBI. Kennedy’s .583 batting average ranks second among all AUSL players, trailing only Maya Brady (.643) of the Oklahoma City Spark. During a 9-1 run-rule win over the Texas Volts last Sunday, Kennedy went 2-3 while driving in three runs and hitting her first professional home run, a two-run shot off of Nijaree Canaday. She continued her impressive start in the following game, going 3-4 with an RBI and a walk in Monday’s 6-5 (9 inn.) win to complete a two-game sweep of the Volts.

Tianna Bell, UTL, Chicago Bandits

Bell was added to the Chicago Bandits roster on Saturday afternoon and wasted no time making an impact in the AUSL. The Antioch, Calif., product is batting .400 with two hits, a home run, and four RBI while posting a 1.400 OPS. Bell made her first start on Sunday, playing right field and going 2-4 with a two-run home run and an RBI single.

Kailey Wyckoff, OF, Utah Talons

Wyckoff started her week with the Florida Breeze in the PSL before being added to the Utah Talons roster on Sunday afternoon. During the Breeze’s season opener on June 12, the Katy, Texas, product went 1-3 with a run scored. In her AUSL debut on Sunday with the Utah Talons, Wyckoff made three trips to the plate and reached base once courtesy of a walk. In her second start of the season, she went 1-3 with an RBI single and a stolen base in a 3-2 loss to the Portland Cascade on June 15.

PSL #PROHOGS WEEK ONE

Robyn Herron, LHP, Florida Vibe

Herron has played an integral role during the Florida Vibe’s 3-0 start to the 2026 season. The left-hander earned the win in the first professional start and appearance of her career during Saturday’s 4-1 win over the Florida Breeze. The Tampa, Fla., product struck out seven batters while allowing just one earned run on three hits in five innings of work.
