In his first season, Emesz ended dual play on a four-match win streak and went 3-0 at the No. 6 position for the Razorbacks. Emesz scored the lone point for Arkansas in three matches, including a win over Vanderbilt’s Macsen Sisam, 6-3, 6-0, in the SEC Tournament to end the season.
Personal
Benedikt is the son of Martin and Constanze Emesz and has two siblings, Paul and Lena. He is majoring in Business and Economics and plans to continue playing tennis at the professional level once he graduates. His favorite athlete and the person he admires most is Nadal Rafael. Benedikt enjoys skiing, playing soccer, and biking, and served in the Austrian military.
