Started all 58 games at second base … Batted .272 with 41 hits, 11 doubles, two triples, five home runs, 23 RBI, 14 walks and eight hit by pitches while posting a .470 slugging percentage and a .360 on-base percentage … One of four players to record multiple triples during the season … Posted a .989 fielding percentage with a team-high 105 assists and 81 putouts in 188 chances … Recorded 13 multi-hit games and four multi-RBI games … Went 1-2 with three runs scored and two walks in a 23-0 win over Lipscomb (Feb. 7) … Went 2-2 with two runs scored, an RBI, a walk , a stolen base and a double during a 12-3 win over Southern Miss (Feb. 16) … Drove in two runs, courtesy of a walk and a sacrifice fly in a win over Cal State Fullerton during the Mary Nutter Collegiate Classic (Feb. 20) … Went 2-3 with a triple, RBI and run scored during a victory over Illinois (Feb. 28) … Had a 2-2 night with a double, run scored and two RBI in a win over Iowa (Feb. 28) … Went 3-3 with a triple and a double in a loss to Ole Miss (March 8) … Had a 2-3 night with a double, RBI and a run scored in a 6-3 win at No. 7 Tennessee (March 22) … Hit her first home run of the season during a 9-0 win at No. 7 Tennessee to clinch the series (March 23) … Smashed a solo home run in a 10-2 win over Kentucky before following it up with a two-hit performance in the series finale to complete a sweep (March 29-30) … Crushed a solo home run in a series finale win over South Carolina (April 13) … Made a diving catch for the final out of Reis Beuerlein’s perfect game against Colorado State (April 18) … Went 2-4 with a run scored in a series-opening win at No. 1 Texas A&M (April 25) … Had a 2-3 day with a double and a run scored during a loss to Oklahoma in the SEC Tournament (May 9) … Batted .389 during the NCAA Tournament while posting three multi-hit games, highlighted by a 2-4 performance featuring a home run, double, two runs scored and a season-high four RBI in a 12-0 victory over Oklahoma State to clinch a trip to a Super Regional (May 18).

Logged an appearance in 40 games to go with 31 starts…posted a .294 average with five doubles, three homers and 12 RBIs…scored 15 runs and stole five bases…drew 11 walks for a .384 on-base percentage…picked up three hits, including a double, and drove in and scored a run on Feb. 10 in a win over Notre Dame…scored twice, walked twice and stole a base to help Utah top N.C. Central on Feb. 10…had a 2-for-2 day with an RBI, two runs scored and a steal in a triumph over CSUN on Feb. 23…batted .421 in February…cracked a two-run homer against SDSU on March 6…circled the bases again on March 17 vs. Oregon…collected two hits and a walk in the Pac-12 Tournament quarterfinals vs. Oregon on May 9…belted a pinch-hit home run in the Pac-12 Tournament Final against UCLA on May 11.
2023 | Freshman
Named Pac-12 Player and Freshman of the Week on 5/8, the first Ute to ever capture both awards simultaneously…started 56 games at shortstop during her freshman year…tied for the team lead with 11 round-trippers while driving in 32 runs and scoring 25 times…her first collegiate hit was a home run against Northern Colorado on 2/11…homered again and drove four runs later that same day against UC San Diego…collected two hits, including a home run, drove in a run and scored twice on 3/17 at Arizona…Homered three times, knocked in five runs and scored three times over a two-day strecth at Oregon on 5/5 and 5/6…belted a pair of long balls in the Pac-12 Tournament, first against California in the quarterfinals and again vs. UCLA in the championship game. Went 3-for-4 with a double, a homer, five RBIs and two runs Utah’s NCAA Tournament opener against Southern Illinois.
High School: Out of Chadwick High School in Torrance, Calif., Davison was a Top 50 recruit in the 2022 class … She was a four-year starter on her varsity team and a three-time team captain … played on the travel circuit with the Batbusters 18u team coached by Mike Stith.
Personal: Daughter of Scott and Leslie Davison and has a younger brother named Tanner…father, Scott, was a fourth-round draft pick by the Montreal Expos in 1988 and played professionally for 11 years…Scott is now the Head Baseball Instructor/Program Manager at the Los Angeles Dodgers Training Academy…both of Davison’s grandfather’s, Ralph Davison and Dave Marsden, played professional baseball…Ralph was drafted by the Padres in 1969 and Marsden signed with the LA Angels in 1961.
