Ndungane comes to Arkansas from South Africa with a career-high ITF Juniors ranking of No. 877 in addition to a 3-6 singles record and a 2-2 doubles record in 2024. All three singles wins came at the W50 Pretoria, where Ndungane advanced to the main draw after two victories in the qualifying draw and picked up a win in the first round over Kaitlyn Leigh Ramduth. Ndungane earned a doubles victory at the 2024 Billie Jean King Cup against Namibia with partner Heike Janse Van Vuuren. In ITF Juniors events, Ndungane registered nine wins overall from 2020-22 with her best singles finish coming in the quarterfinals at the J4 Pretoria in 2021 while reaching the semifinals of the doubles draw at the J3 Pretoria in 2022.
