Earned co-medalist honors at the 114th U.S. Amateur held the Atlanta Athletic Club, shooting qualifying rounds of six-under 66 and two-under 69 … qualified for the U.S. Amateur as the top finisher at Texarkana Country Club with back-to-back 68s … took sole possession of seventh place at the 36-hole weather-shortened Trans-Mississippi Championship with back-to-back even-par 70s … tied for 42nd place at the 61st Sunnehanna Amateur …missed the 44-play cut at the Western Amateur by three strokes after rounds of 71 and 74.
As A Sophomore (2013-14)
Named to the PING All-Central Region team … second on the team with a 72.4 stroke average as one of three players to participate in all 13 events … ended the year ranked No. 75 by Golfweek, No. 85 by Golfstat and No. 115 in the GolfstatCup…Second on the team with five top 10s and finished in the top 20 seven different times …Team low-man in five events, including four in the spring, and a total of 12 rounds … Named the SEC Golfer of the Week after finishing fourth at the Gator Invitational with a 72-70-68/210 (E) to led the Razorbacks to the team title … turned in a counting score in 35 of 39 rounds, including all 24 in the spring and 25 straight to end the year … finished under-par 10 times and added seven even-par rounds … top five 54-hole scores came in the spring when his scoring average was 71.5 over 24 rounds … second on the team with 124 birdies and 423 pars … had double figure birdies in seven tournaments … shot even par or lower in the final round of 9 of 13 events … tied for fourth and was Arkansas’ low-man in the season-opening event at the OFCC/Fighting Illini Invitational … posted second top 10 of the fall at the Crooked Stick Intercollegiate in a tie for eighth and had a season-best 14 birdies while the Razorbacks won the team title … finished as the team low-man for the second straight event to open the spring with a three-day four-under 212 (72-70-70) at the Bayou City Collegiate to tie for 10th place … didn’t card a round over 75 in the spring…Fifth top 10 (T-14th) of the year came at the Aggie Invitational where he was the team low-man for the fourth time in five events to begin the spring … shot a career-low five-under 65 in the final round of the SEC Championship, good for the third-best round in program history at the event … tied for 26th overall…Opened the NCAA Columbia Regional with a one-under 71 followed by a five-under 67 en route to tying for 11th place at six-under for the tournament … earned a spot on the SEC Spring Academic Honor Roll.
Winter Break Of 2013
Won the inaugural Saguaro Amateur held at Southern Dunes Golf Club in Arizona by three strokes with a three-day score of 12-under 201 … shot rounds of 66-65-70 with 14 birdies and two bogeys … two weeks in Arizona started with a tie for third place at the Patriot All-America held at The Wigwam Course … one of just five players to shoot under par at four-under (68-70-68).
Summer Of 2013
Advanced to the 16-player match play portion of the 111th Western Amateur held at the Alotian Club outside of Little Rock … made the 53-player cut out of the field of 156 players that included 54 of the world’s top 100 by shooting a four-round 70(-2)-70(-2)-67(-5)-75/282(-6) to earn the No. 12 seed … missed the cut at the 113th U.S. Amateur … semifinalist at the Oklahoma State Amateur.
As A Freshman (2012-13)
