Arkansas Set To Host SEC Indoor Track & Field Championships

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark – The University of Arkansas is set to host the 2019 SEC Indoor Track & Field Championships Fri-Sat, Feb. 22-23 at Randal Tyson Indoor Track Center.

The men’s and women’s programs are ecstatic to host the SEC Indoor Championships for the ninth time in program history (2000, 2002, 2005, 2008, 2010, 2011, 2013, 2016).

Competition gets underway Friday at 11 a.m. with the multi-events to be followed by the running events and select field events. Day two of the SEC Championships will begin at 10:45 a.m. with the multi-events and will be followed by the finals of the running events and the conclusion of the field events. Women’s head coach Lance Harter and the No. 1 Razorbacks, a ranking they have held for the entire indoor season, are going for their fifth-straight SEC Indoor Title.

Men’s head coach Chris Bucknam and the Arkansas men are looking to lock-up the eighth SEC Indoor Championship in the last 10 years

Tickets for the SEC Indoor Championships range from $15-$25 for General Admission, to $35 for reserved seats and can be purchased here, or by visiting SEC Championships Central. Each day, the first 100 University of Arkansas students receive free admission by presenting their student ID at the Tyson Center Ticket Office.
