Cole Peterson is entering his seventh year working with Arkansas men’s track & field and cross country teams.
Previously, Peterson spent six years as the athletic trainer for the Minnesota Gophers men’s and women’s track & field and cross country teams.
A native of Duluth, Minnesota, Peterson remained in his hometown for his undergraduate education receiving his Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Athletic Training from the University of Minnesota – Duluth in 2008.
He became a Certified Athletic Trainer following the completion of his undergraduate degree and began a two-year graduate assistantship at the University of Minnesota, working with the men’s & women’s track & field, cross country, and tennis teams.
Peterson graduated with his Masters of Education in Applied Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota in May 2010.
He currently oversees several graduate assistant athletic trainers and interns working with the Razorbacks men’s track & field and cross country programs.
