Team Daly Wins the PNC Championship

ORLANDO – Current Razorback freshman John Daly II and his father John Daly, a former Razorback All-American and two-time major champion, teamed up to win the 2021 PNC Championship with a record-setting, 36-hole score of -27.

Team Daly birdied the last hole to hold off a charge from Team Woods, Tiger and his son Charlie, who reeled off 11 straight birdies. Team Daly started the day one stroke back after an opening-round 12-under par round. Both the Dalys and Woods shot a final-round 57 (-15).  However, Team Woods, playing one group ahead of Team Daly, carded a par on the final hole, while the Dalys sank a birdie for the two-stroke win.

Team Daly had 13 birdies and an eagle on the final day to win their first PNC Championship title.

The Dalys have now played in six PNC Championships. The father/son combo finished runner-up in 2018, fifth in 2019, eighth in 2020 and tied for ninth in both 2016 and 2017.
