Women's Basketball Adds Three to 2026 Freshman Class

FAYETTEVILLE  – Arkansas women’s basketball head coach Kelsi Musick announced the additions of Julija Matic, Allannah Orsby and Whitley Rogers to her 2026 freshman signing class on Wednesday.

Matic, Orsby and Rogers join Kyiah Prestridge and Adriana Reijnen, who inked in the fall signing period.

Julija Matic
6-0 | Guard | Bellinzona, Switzerland | First Sports Basketball HS

  • Averaged 10.4 points, 6.6 rebounds and 2.6 assists for the Swiss National Team in seven games leading up to and at the FIBA U20 Women’s EuroBasket in 2025.
  • Plays for Swiss club Elfic Fribourg, with EuroCup and Swiss Cup appearances. She was named the NLB Women’s League’s most valuable player for the 2024-25 season.
  • Born in Switzerland to Serbian parents, Sanja and Mišo.

Musick on Matic: “I believe Julija’s experience with her national team and her ability to shoot the basketball will be an impact for us. She brings a level of leadership to our team that will be needed as we level up this next season. I think she fits our pillars and standards here at Arkansas.”

Allanah Orsby
6-0 | Guard | Jonesboro, Ark. | Valley View HS/Phillips Exeter Academy

  • 5A All-State player for Valley View and led the Lady Blazers to the state quarterfinals in 2025.
  • Averaged 16 ponts, 6 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals in the 2025 season.
  • Attended Phillips Exeter Academy in New Hampshire for the 2025-26 school year before committing to Arkansas in March.
  • Recorded a triple-double at Exeter with 19 points, 10 rebounds and 11 steals
  • Chose Arkansas over Arkansas State, Western Kentucky, Central Arkansas and others.

Musick on Orsby: “Allannah will bring versatility to the guard position. She brings length, athleticism and instincts to our perimeter play. She can shoot the three-ball and disrupt on defense. She is a high-character young lady who will excel in our program. She is excited to come home and we are glad she’s part of our Razorback family.

  • 2025 Arkansas Gatorade Player of the Year after averaging 24.9 points, 6.9 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 2.5 steals for the Lady Warriors.
  • Averaged 29 points, 8 rebounds, 3 assists, 3 steals in her senior season.
  • 4x 5A All-State selection (2023, 2024, 2025, 2026)
  • Daughter of Angie and Ronald Rogers. Ronald is her head coach at Little Rock Christian. Sister, Destinee, is the head coach at Arkansas State. Sister, Wynter, plays at Arkansas State.
  • Committed to Arkansas on Dec. 29, 2025. Chose Arkansas over Alabama, NC State, Houston, Arizona and others.
