Women's Tennis Releases 2024 Spring Schedule

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Arkansas women’s tennis head coach Tucker Clary has announced the team’s 2024 spring schedule. The Razorbacks are slated to play 23 dual matches with 13 in Fayetteville at Billingsley Tennis Center.

The schedule features 11 matches against 2023 NCAA Tournament teams and the Hogs will face seven top-25 opponents featured in the ITA preseason team rankings.

FULL SCHEDULE

The Razorbacks open the 2024 dual season with the Duel in the Desert in Indian Wells, Calif., from January 11-13, before returning home for a doubleheader versus Bradley on Jan. 20. The team will then travel to Ann Arbor, Mich., for the ITA Kickoff Weekend hosted by the University of Michigan. The Hogs will play Purdue on Jan. 26 and either Michigan or Utah on Jan. 27.

Arkansas is scheduled to hit the road again for two straight contests, matching up against Grand Canyon (Feb. 8) and Arizona State (Feb. 10). However, should the Razorbacks advance past the ITA Kickoff Weekend, the team will compete in the ITA National Team Indoor Championships in Seattle, Wash., from Feb. 9-12.

The Hogs return to Fayetteville for a six-match homestand, beginning with a doubleheader versus Tulsa and Missouri State on Feb. 16, before closing out non-conference play the next weekend against Kansas (Feb. 23) and Northwestern (Feb. 25).

The Razorbacks will open SEC play by hosting Tennessee on Mar. 1 and Georgia on Mar. 3 for the final two games of the homestand. The Hogs will go on the road the following weekend for a pair of matches against Alabama (Mar. 8) and Auburn (Mar. 10) prior to returning home to face Missouri on Mar. 17.

Arkansas will then host Florida (Mar. 22) and South Carolina (Mar. 24), before traveling to play Vanderbilt on Mar. 29 and Kentucky on Mar. 31 to close out the month. The Razorbacks return to Fayetteville for their final two regular season home matches versus LSU (Apr. 5) and Texas A&M (Apr. 7).

The Hogs conclude the regular season on the road as they head to the Magnolia State to face Mississippi State on Apr. 12 and Ole Miss on Apr. 14. Georgia will host the 2024 SEC Tournament, scheduled for April 17-21.

The Razorbacks are coming off their third consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance in 2023, finishing the season ranked No. 42.
