Work In Classroom Earns 12 NFCA Honors

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – While working its way to an NCAA Tournament Super Regional last season, the University of Arkansas softball team also excelled in the classroom with 12 individuals earning NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete honors as announced Wednesday afternoon.

The Razorback’s honors mark the third-consecutive year for Arkansas to have 12 or more athletes on the list, after having a nation and conference best 18 last season. To be considered, a student-athlete had to register a 3.5 or higher GPA for the Fall 2017 and Spring 2018 semesters.
