Appeared in 24 games in the circle with 13 starts … Posted an 8-4 record with a 2.30 ERA in 73.0 IP … Recorded two complete games and two shutouts … Led the pitching staff after recording five games with 10+ strikeouts … Ranked second on the Razorback pitching staff with 107 strikeouts … Checked opponents to a .175 batting average … Made first career start and secured first career win in 11-0 routing vs. Weber State (Feb. 11), fanning five and allowing just one hit in 3.0 frames … Earned first career complete game shutout in 7-0 victory against Indiana (Feb. 18), tossing 7.0 scoreless frames, allowing just four hits and racking up 12 strikeouts … Picked up third career win after hurling 4.0 innings vs. Nebraska (Feb. 19) … Surrendered only two hits and an earned run while striking out five vs. the Cornhuskers … Dialed up a career high 14 strikeouts and did not allow a hit in 5.2 scoreless innings of relief in win vs. Drake (Feb. 24) … Tossed a one-hit, complete game shutout in 4-0 win vs. Iowa State (March 2), recording 12 strikeouts … Picked up victory against Kentucky (April 22) after tossing 3.2 scoreless frames and giving up just one hit and punching out four batters.

High School: Posted a minuscule 0.35 ERA in 79.1 innings and struck 170 hitters pitching for Sickles High School … The lefty hurler was named the No. 14 player in Extra Inning Softball’s Extra Elite 100 … During her three-year high school career, Herron has gone 22-8 inside the circle with a 1.54 ERA and 306 strikeouts in 231.1 innings pitched for the top-25 nationally ranked Gryphons …  Playing for the Wichita Mustangs travel team, she held a 0.87 ERA during the early part of the season.

Personal: The daughter of Chad and Jurgita Herron, Robyn chose Arkansas because the university and softball program are unlike anything she’s seen before
