Seven former University of Arkansas student-athletes and late longtime Razorback athletic trainer Dave England have been selected as members of the 2026 class of the University of Arkansas Sports Hall of Honor.

Arkansas incoming freshmen C/INF Ava Hodo and INF Katie King were both named MaxPreps High School All-Americans, the publication announced.

Arkansas placed 88 student-athletes on the 2025-26 First-Year SEC Academic Honor Roll as part of a total of 1,755 student-athletes across the league.

Arkansas Softball’s six-member transfer class, featuring Kylie Doherty, Grace Hornbuckle, Kate Munnerlyn, Katie Wetteland, Kendall Yarnell, and Ava Zachary, has been ranked No. 6 nationally in the Softball America Transfer Class Rankings, the publication announced on Monday morning.

Former Arkansas Softball standouts have continued to make their presence known throughout the first month of the 2026 AUSL season.

Arkansas extended the school-record to six consecutive years being ranked inside the Top 20 of the Learfield Director’s Cup with a 14th place finish with 965.75 points in the final standings from the National Association of Collegiate Directors of America (NACDA).

Former Texas A&M left-handed pitcher Kate Munnerlyn has transferred to Arkansas to join Head Coach Courtney Deifel and the Razorbacks.

Former Omaha left-handed pitcher Grace Hornbuckle has transferred to Arkansas to join Head Coach Courtney Deifel and the Razorbacks.

Former UCF designated player/outfielder and NFCA All-Gulf Region selection Kendall Yarnell has transferred to Arkansas to join Head Coach Courtney Deifel and the Razorbacks.
