10 Concert Items to Know

Here are the top 10 most important things to know before coming to the Garth Brooks Concert at Razorback Stadium.

Arrive Early & Beat the Traffic
Record-breaking crowds and heavy traffic are expected. Give yourself as much time as possible to arrive to campus, find parking and enter the stadium. It is highly recommended for you to arrive as early as possible. Reserved parking lots open at 1:00pm | All Gates Open at 5:00pm

Parking Options (Prices Vary)
Passes for reserved/University controlled lots (including all ADA spots) are sold out. What options are remaining if you are still looking for a place to park?

  • Spring Street Parking Deck: Located at 221 N School Ave just off of Dickson Street. Shuttles do run from the Walton Arts Center (Dickson St side) to Razorback Stadium.
  • Fayetteville High School will be accepting payments on site to park in their parking lot.
  • Harmon Avenue Parking Garage
  • Residential & Private Lots: There will likely be an assortment of private and residential lots that are being sold on Saturday.

Uber/Lyft/Taxi Drop Off & Pick Up
The designated location for your ridesharing provider to drop off and pick up is Union Station, Fayetteville, AR 72701 (This address will work in Maps, Google Maps). Click here to view the location on a map.

  • The way to access this location is to approach campus from Dickson Street heading west then turn right into campus on Garland Ave.

 

Clear Bag Policy
Clear Bag Policy is in effect for the Garth Brooks concert. Bags that ARE permitted: Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC AND do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” or one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).

Individuals may also carry a small clutch purses, no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”, with or without a handle or strap. Note: Clutch purses that are within the size parameters of 4.5 x 6.5 do not need to be clear.

Free Shuttle Service Information
Before the Concert Beginning at 3:00pm (shuttles run continuously)

  • The Sliver Route Public shuttles run from the Arkansas Union, Walton Arts Center on Dickson, Road Hog Park and the East Lot at Baum Stadium to drop off points just south of Gate 1 at Gate 10.
  • The Gold Route Public shuttles run from Lot 56 to Gates 1, 10 and 16.

After the Concert

  • The Sliver Route Public shuttles run from the Arkansas Union, Walton Arts Center on Dickson, Road Hog Park and the East Lot at Baum Stadium to drop off points just south of Gate 1 at Gate 10.
  • The Gold Route Public shuttles run from Lot 56 to Gates 1, 10 and 16.

Ticket Office & Will Call Hours

  • The address for the Razorback Ticket Center (located at Baum-Walker Stadium) is 1295 S. Razorback Road, Suite B Fayetteville, AR 72701-7870
  • The Razorback Ticket Center will stay open until 7:00pm on Friday for parking pass pick up.
  • The Razorback Ticket Center will open at 9:00am on Saturday and stay open until 6:00pm for parking pass pick up.
  • Will Call is located at Gate 1 of Razorback Stadium and will open at 9:00am Saturday.
  • If fans have difficulty or issues with ticket scanning, please visit the ticket office locations at Gates 1, 11 or 16 for assistance.

Masks/COVID Policy

  • Proof of vaccination/negative COVID tests are NOT required for entry.
  • Masks are recommended in indoor areas and on shuttles

Tailgating
Tailgating in your reserved parking spot is permitted. All items and equipment must stay within the confines of your spot and not block any other spots, streets or driveways. If you are interested in tailgating tents and packages, email deme@party-intents.com for more information.

Other Useful Pieces of Information

  • Chairback seatbacks/cushions are permitted as long as they do not have armrests and do not exceed 17 inches.
  • All concessions and merchandise sales inside the stadium are CARD only. No cash transactions permitted.
  • The University of Arkansas is a smoke-free campus. Smoking is prohibited in and outside of Razorback Stadium.
  • No re-entry is allowed
  • Alcohol sales will end 30 minutes prior to the scheduled end of the show.
  • Umbrellas and strollers are not permitted
  • Poster boards ARE permitted, as long as they are standard size and do not have sticks. Banners are prohibited.
