2026 MLB Draft Central
PHILADELPHIA – The 2026 MLB Draft starts Saturday!
This year’s draft will take place on July 11-12 in Philadelphia. NBC and Peacock will provide live coverage for the first 10 selections, beginning at noon CT. Picks 11-40 will be available to view on MLB Network, MLB.com, MLB.TV and MLB+. Wrapping up Saturday’s coverage, picks 41-135 can be seen on MLB.com, MLB.TV and MLB+. Day two of the draft, which consists of rounds 5 through 20, will be streamed on MLB.com, MLB TV, MLB+, beginning at 10:30 a.m. CT.
Teams have until Monday, July 27 at 4 p.m. CT to agree to deals with players they draft out of four-year colleges and high schools.

Day 1: Saturday, July 11 (Rounds 1-4)
Noon-1:30 p.m. CT – Picks 1-10 (NBC/Peacock)
1:30-3:30 p.m. CT – Picks 11-40 (MLB Network, MLB.com, MLB TV, MLB+)
3:30-6:45 p.m. CT – Picks 41-135 (MLB.com, MLB TV, MLB+)
Day 2: Sunday, July 12 (Rounds 5-20)
10:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m. CT (MLB.com, MLB TV, MLB+)

» Since 1975, Arkansas has had at least one player selected in each of the past 51 MLB drafts.
» Since 2018, no school in the country has more overall draft selections than Arkansas (64).
» Arkansas has had double-digit players selected in a single draft on four occasions: 1985 (10), 2013 (11), 2018 (11) & 2025 (11).
» Since Matt Hobbs’ first season as pitching coach in 2019, Arkansas has had 30 pitchers selected in the MLB draft, including 22 pitchers taken in the first 10 rounds.
» Since Nate Thompson’s first season as hitting coach and recruiting coordinator in 2018, Arkansas has had 28 hitters selected in the MLB draft.
