Arkansas collects ninth National Scholar Team of the Year honor

NEW ORLEANS – For the ninth time in program history the Arkansas women have earned National Scholar Team of the Year, USTFCCCA announced on Thursday. The Razorbacks collected the honor for the 2023 indoor season.

Arkansas also had 24 individuals receive All-Academic honors for the 2023 track and field season.

Earning the All-Academic honor for a fourth time were Daszay Freeman and Lauren Gregroy. Collecting the honor for a third time were Mackenzie Hayward and Tiana Wilson.

Receiving the academic award for a second time were Amber Anning, Sydney Billington, Amanda Fassold, Gracie Hyde, Madison Langley-Walker, Bailee McCorkle, Julia Paternain, Carmie Prinsloo, and Sydney Thorvaldson.

First time recipients of the academic honor include: Marin Chamberlin, Mia Cochran, Ashanti Denton, Ainsley Erzen, Mary Ellen Eudaly, Ariane Linton, Claire McCune, Katie McCune, Heidi Nielson, Lainey Quandt, and Joanne Reid.
