FAYETTEVILLE – Arkansas will play its final regular-season home game on Saturday (March 9) when the Razorbacks Alabama. Tip-off is set for 5:00 pm at Bud Walton Arena and the game will be telecast on the SEC Network.

This will be the 62nd all-time meeting between Arkansas and Alabama. The Razorbacks own a 33-28 advantage in the series, including a slight 26-25 cushion since Arkansas joined the SEC in 1992. Arkansas also leads, 18-6, in games played in Fayetteville.

Last year, Arkansas claimed a 76-73 win in Tuscaloosa thanks, in part, to a personal 7-0 run by Adrio Bailey in the second half that gave the Razorbacks a lead it would not relinquish.

NOTES

  • After the win at Vanderbilt, Arkansas made an eight-point jump in the NCAA Net, going from 73 to 65.
  • Arkansas freshman Isaiah Joe made four 3-pointers at Vanderbilt, giving him 104 for the season to set the school’s single-season record for 3-pointers made in a season. Scotty Thurman previously held the record by making 102 in 1995.
  • If Joe makes five more 3’s, he will tie for sixth (109) for most 3-pointers made in a season by a freshman in NCAA history. The SEC record for 3-pointers made in a season by a freshman is 113 by Kentucky’s Jamal Murray in 2016.
  • Arkansas’ defense had a season-high 36 deflections in the Vanderbilt win, including season-high seven from Gabe Osabuohien and six each from Adrio Bailey and Daniel Gafford.
  • Arkansas has tallied at least 30 deflections nine times this season.
