Arkansas Hosts Florida for Halloween Match at Barnhill
The Hogs are home again for a midweek match-up against the No. 24 Florida Gators on Wednesday at Barnhill Arena.
The Gators come to town on a three-match winning streak and are currently 5-3 in SEC play, 14-5 overall. The Razorbacks, meanwhile, have lost four in a row with an even 4-4 record in the league, 14-6 on the season.
Of any of Arkansas’ SEC opponents this year, the series with Florida is the most lopsided. The Hogs have won just five matches of their 55 ever against the Gators, two of which came in 2023. Prior to last season, Arkansas had not beaten Florida in Fayetteville since 2015.
Wednesday’s match will be Big Red’s Halloween Bash at Barnhill, and all fans are encouraged to come in costume. There will be pregame trick-or-treating with the Arkansas mascots in several locations throughout the arena, and students who come in costume will be entered to win a John Calipari signed basketball.
This season’s mystery bobblehead, the first of its kind for any program at Arkansas, will also be revealed during Wednesday’s match ahead of the giveaway against Auburn on Nov. 3.
Tickets are on sale online, in person, or by phone via Razorback Ticket Center. All of the action will be broadcast live on SEC Network and first serve at Barnhill is set for 7 p.m.
