Those Homerin’ Hogs
Spread the good word: Arkansas is the nation’s co-leader in home runs.

The Razorbacks have hit 50 homers in 28 games this year, tied for the most in all of college baseball with Old Dominion. The Hogs’ astounding 1.79 homers per game ranks fourth in the country behind only Northwestern (2.00), Georgetown (2.00) and Old Dominion (1.92).

Arkansas is eighth in the nation in slugging percentage with a mark of .503, which ranks second in the SEC.

And That’s The Bottom Line, ‘Cause Baseball America Said So!
Arkansas is the No. 1 team in college baseball for another week.

The Razorbacks remained the top-ranked team in Baseball America’s week eight poll, which was released Monday. It is the sixth straight week of the season that Arkansas holds the No. 1 spot in at least one of the six major polls.
