Rippee recorded 32 assists, 5 blocks and 5 kills in the thrilling victory over Alabama, the first for Arkansas since 2013.
Senior Rachel Rippee recorded 39 assists in the Arkansas volleyball team’s five-set victory over Ole Miss on Nov. 22. The performance crowned Rippee as the all-time assists leader during the rally era at Arkansas with 3,679 total assists.
Freshman Jillian Gillen finished the weekend with 79 kills and 30 digs as she helped Arkansas sweep their weekly opponents. For her hard work, Gillen earned SEC Freshman of the Week for the second time during her rookie campaign.
On Sunday, Nov. 24, Arkansas took down Mississippi State behind a season-best performance by Rachel Rippee. She tallied 44 assists in the senior day win, what a way to sign off on such a successful career.
